Please do not block the sidewalk. We have several neighbors that are wheelchair-bound and they get out daily

We have a strict max occupancy of 8 guests. Exceeding the max occupancy will result in a $500 fine or booking termination

The property has 3 steps to enter and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility, in addition, there is a flight of stairs to access the basement

The property features 3 exterior security cameras, one doorbell camera near the front door, and 2 floodlight cameras facing the front and back yard. These do not look into any interior spaces. These cameras are primarily used for security purposes and home management when not occupied.

Bottom line- It is our goal to provide our guests with a fun, relaxing, and safe booking, however, equally important is to keep our home, neighborhood, and neighbors from any negative issues. If these house rules are not followed, guests will be asked to leave with little or no refund. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK IF YOU CANNOT ADHERE TO THESE RULES.
